How are the results sorted after searching?

The results of a search are displayed with the highest rated doctors at the top of the list and then descend to the doctor with the lowest rating at the bottom of the list. To rank higher on the results, get more reviews from your patients.

What are some ways I can promote my top rated status?

There are many ways to promote your status including, Facebook, twitter, Pinterest, a blog, your own website, an E-mail or press release, local newspaper, local radio ad, local T.V. ad, a poster or certificate displayed in your office. There are many creative ways to benefit from being highly rated. You don't even have to be the TOP rated doctor in a city. You can also promote the fact that you are one of the top rated doctors.

Can I promote my top rated status on social media sites or blogs?

Yes, we actually think that is a great way to build your reputation in a community. All we ask is that you are honest and that you promote reviewachiropractor.com as well. For example, a Facebook post might look like this:

Dr Smart was the highest rated doctor in somecity, state for the month of January 2013. http://reviewachiropractor.com/review.php?id=98765 http://reviewachiropractor.com

What determines the order of the search results when looking for doctors in my city?

The results displayed after searching are sorted from the highest rated to the lowest rated. To increase your ranking, encourage patients to give you reviews.

Can students have a profile?

We think that is a great idea, however, you may need permission from your school before doing so. If you use a personal E-mail address that can follow you after you graduate, then any reviews left for you as a student will remain in your profile as a licensed doctor.

We work with each college to determine the best way to affiliate with reviewachiropractor.com to benefit both the student and the college. We are hoping to offer free student use of the site. If your college has a specific contact person that handles this, feel free to send us their contact information to our support team.

What if I have more than one practice location?

You can have a separate profile for each location, however each location has its own reviews. Please note that separate profiles will need a unique E-mail and password in order to make changes to that profile listing.

I have more than one listing that shows up. How can I combine them into one?

Sometimes patients may add your information on their own. When this happens, and you already have a listing, they will both show up in searches. Simply choose the one you want to delete, and click the "delete" button at the bottom of the profile. This doesn't automatically delete the profile, but sends it to an admin for consideration. You can also send an E-mail to support with your request for deletion.

Note: the delete button is only visible on unclaimed profiles.

Why is the link to my website not showing up in my profile?

There are two reasons your website may not be showing up. Only PRO users will have a link to their website. If you are a PRO user and it's still not showing up, you probably entered the website wrong. Please use the format: www.yoursite.com

If you are still experiencing problems, contact support and we can troubleshoot the issue for you.

Can I offer a suggestion to improve the site?

Yes, we welcome all suggestions. Please send them to support@reviewachiropractor.com and we will consider them in future updates.

How do I make changes to my profile once it is claimed?

At the top right hand side of the home screen, click the "doctor login".

Use the E-mail and password you used when you claimed your profile.

How do I claim a profile?

Find or add your profile, then choose "doctor or staff" button above the profile information.

You will see a password box open where you can enter whatever password you want.

Make any changes to the profile, including an E-mail address and click "submit" at the bottom of the page.

This E-mail and password is what you will use to login and make any updates or changes to your profile.

What advantages are there to claiming a profile?

At this time, the primary advantage is to control the profile information.

Unclaimed profiles can be updated or changed by anyone.

Claimed profiles can only be changed by the doctor claiming their profile.

There is only one review allowed per E-mail address and computer. So someone could leave more than one review if they used a different E-mail address and posted the second review from a different computer.

Can patients leave reviews from a computer in my clinic?

Normal use of the reviewachiropractor service only allows one review per computer. PRO users do not have this limitation, so they can have a computer set up in the office for patients to leave reviews more conveniently.

What is the email address used for when posting a review?

The E-mail you use when posting a review is private.  It is never seen by anyone, including the doctor's office.  The only time it may get used would be if the review is suspected to be fake.  In those cases, we may send an E-mail confirmation request to verify that it is a legitimate E-mail and that the owner made the post.  If it cannot be confirmed, or was not posted by the owner of the E-mail, that review will be removed.  We will never sell or rent the E-mail addresses provided by doctors or patients.

Is reviewachiropractor.com free ?

Yes.  Free for doctors to use, and Free for patients to post reviews.  There is a limitation of one review per computer, and only one review per email address.  Doctors can pay a small fee to remove the one review per computer limitation so their patients can leave reviews while in the office.
